I think I’m finished with the smoothing process. I began to try and add some color to the photo but I experienced some complications. When I tried to use the wand tool to fill in with certain areas with color, it wouldn’t select what I wanted it to select. I’m not sure what the problem is. I have chosen one of the range of colors I plan to use though.
