Fir my remix I chose a photo of someone’s wall with notes and papers posted on it. At first I wasn’t sure what to go, I initially thought about just recreating the picture with my own photo, but I settled on taking the image into Photopea and remixing it by rearranging the post-its on the wall. I had to figure out how to clear the wall so I could put the rearrangement on top. I wasn’t exactly sure how to do that but I just colored over the papers with the color that the wall was (if that makes sense) so that I would have an empty wall. I then traced over the papers with the pen tool and once I finished tracing them all I moved them around. The tracings aren’t super neat because that would’ve been time consuming and I wasn’t really going for a super realistic look. I decided on arranging the papers into a heart, and that took a while because I had so many layers, but in the end I did it and it came out okay I think (a little uneven). I also had to duplicate a couple of the papers so that I could fill in some gaps. This was rushed so it could have been better, I could’ve added some shadows underneath the post-its and maybe some highlights to show change in lighting.
